SHIPPING INFORMATION

Domestic

Domestic shipping (Australia) will be calculated at checkout based on weight. Due to the broad range of product sizes available I have tried my best to allow for different combinations in product sizes/weights, however sometimes it might calculate higher than what it actually costs to ship your pieces. If this happens I will issue a refund for overages at the time of dispatching your order.

International

My website is not currently set up to ship internationally, however I am happy to do so. Please get in touch with your location and the items you are interested in purchasing and I will provide a shipping quote for you.

Timeframes, tracking and delays

One of the best things about ordering from small biz is it’s equally exciting for us and when we hear that order notification we can’t wait to get it wrapped and on it’s way! I will always aim to get your order packed and sent within 2 business days, sometimes it’ll be even sooner! Tracking information will be provided once your parcel has been sent. Please understand any delays experienced after your parcel has been shipped are outside of my control.

Damages

I take great care in packaging up your pieces to make sure they arrive safely. If by any chance your parcel arrives damaged, please take photographs of the parcel and breakage and contact me immediately. Please do not dispose of any parts of the parcel until directed to do so.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

I strongly believe in considered purchasing and I want you to truly love the items you are bringing into your home. If you are not 100% happy with your purchase please get in touch within 48 hours of receiving and I’d be happy to organise a store credit to be used on any ready to ship items. Items being exchanged will need to be returned undamaged and in their original packaging prior to issue of the credit. Note shipping charges are unable to be reimbursed/credited.

CLEANING & CARE

How to clean your ceramics for a long life

To ensure you get the longest possible life out of your ceramics I recommend handwashing in warm soapy water. All pieces except those with metallic lustres are microwave and dishwasher safe, however I do recommend to avoid if possible.

Decorative pieces can also be washed with warm soapy water or simply wipe over with a damp cloth. Unglazed/raw finished items are okay to get wet - I do recommend letting them air dry if possible as cloths can leave small fibres on the coarse surface.

Aging

Over time your ceramic pieces (predominantly kitchenware) may wear and change colour as they come in contact with different things. Any raw/unglazed surfaces may stain if they come into contact with oils or coloured substances and I recommend avoiding if possible. If you do accidentally mark your ceramics, you can use a baking soda and water mix but this may not remove stains completely.

All products and prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD).

I am currently developing a full wholesale range that I will have available to select stockists shortly. If you would like to be notified when this is available, please email hello@paxxyandflora.com with a little bit about you/your store and any particular items you may be interested in. It is important to me that the stores and brands I work with align with my values and support the small business community and as such I will only be offering wholesale to stores that fit this criteria.

While I will always do my best to ensure all information displayed throughout this site is correct, it is only me working behind the scenes and on occasion there may be errors that I have overlooked. Any errors identified that impact your order or experience will be advised as soon as possible with available alternatives included.
